This place is top notch. We regret not having dined there but the pool area and breakfast areas are stunning and the staff from David who brings you to the hotel from the parking to Patricia at front desk and the rest of the staff it’s just splendid. 5 stars well earned. I will be back.

This property is gorgeous. Our room was pretty and efficient. There are several dining option and all were superb. The staff were very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is lovely and is situated in the heart of the citadel area. A bit expensive but worth it in the end;

This property is in a great location, but I don’t understand the 5 star rating. The rooms are old, run down and very dated. The phone system hardly worked. The pool was freezing, and had zero service. Other than location, it should be 3 Star.

The surrounding area around the hotel was amazing. The hotel service was disappointing and when you asked for help many times we were treated poor.
The spa treatment was good.

Beautiful hotel, ideally placed for enjoying the historic walled city.
Food was fabulous, the swimming pool an oasis of joy on a warm day
Staff could not have been nicer.
