Needs improvement

While it is trying and a good idea, needs improvement and better detail. Mound seen on the roof and in the bathroom. Overall felt quite dirty. Aircon not really working in the room. Internet was poor. But the staff were helpful and very nice, the free filtered water was amazing, and the design was thoughtful

Miles from anywhere

There are a few shops and a couple of restaurants close by but you're a good few kilometres from the main part of Canggu. They don't have their own driver so you're relying on taxis for everything including getting to the airport. I definitely wouldn't say this place is 4 star.

Modern, comfortable villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights in Canggu, lovely modern and spacious villa. We were upgraded to a two bedroom which gave us more living space which was nice. The villa was private however it is in a complex with multiple units so you could be seen (if you were in the pool area) from other villas if they were on the second floor - this however did not bother us. It is also hard to find as there isn't any signage from the main road, our driver just asked the locals and we soon found it. The villa was stylish and very clean. We loved Canggu and would definitely come stay here again.

Varning - riktigt dåligt (allt utom läge)

de var fullbokade men meddelade inte de utan berättade när vi kontaktade dem. Vi bad då om att få fixa annat boende vår första natt för att sedan komma dagen efter för att se om det gick att ordna en villa. De bekräftade att vi då kunde betala en natt mindre. När vi väl kom dagen efter var de fortsatt fullbokade och meddelade då att vi fortsatt var tvungna att betala för den natten vi inte bodde där. Vi skulle få en massage som kompensation. När vi bokade massagen lyckades de igen vara fullbokade och även den uteblev. Vi fick ett annat närliggande boende, där dörrarna inte gick att låsa till badrummet, vi bad dem ordna det, varpå de fixade det och lämnade sedan alla dörrar olåsta till hela villan hela dagen tills dess att vi var tillbaka. Vidare fick vi själva ringa och påminna om städning två utav dagarna och handdukar saknades lite då och då. Vi är erfarna Baliresenärer och känner till dess kultur och människor men detta var till och med chockerande för oss vad gäller service och kommunikation.
