The staff are friendly. Accommodations are very clean. Food are amazing. We had so much fun.

Property is beautiful, and staff is friendly. However, I was disappointed about the room cleaning schedule. I have to call multiple times at the front desk to get my room cleaned and get fresh towels.

This is my first time in Cancun and I must say I did the right thing choosing Wyndham. Everything was amazing. Love the food options, pools, beach, drinks and the lovely staffs. I also got upgraded as a VIP so I am looking forward to coming here again.

I didn’t like that the beds are to small for couple
The tv never worked we call the front desk 4 times
We liked the restaurant and the staff at the restaurant

My family and I enjoyed the resort, the shows, the food and the amenities; there were some things that needed to be fixed and it was rectified immediately. The drinks were not so good but overall a great stay for the family!
