The overall property was clean and beautiful. However, the shower water smelled like swamp water and the water would constantly leak from the shower. The food at the property was not great but the staff was friendly and nice. One of the pool party hostess was not honest about making an announcement about our engagement. This disappointed us as we was looking forward to this moment. Nice place but will not come back.

I really enjoyed the Diamond Club perks of having an area to get premium drinks and a private separate area for the pool. It’s had several things to do. You really don’t have to leave the resort. Adults only was the plus. The room and view was amazing. Definitely will be returning.

Service was terrible, staff were rude and unprofessional. Once you checked in your were on your own there was no communication or courtesy, and they weren’t very accommodating to certain guest. Also you were locked out of rooms and they were hot and humid . Just a very unpleasant experience from service and hospitality standpoint.

Luis, guierllmo n hugo at the swim up bar were excellent n on top of it. At 50yo it was def majority a younger crowd but still had a good time. Rooms were nice n walk in shower was great. Good luck figuring out the light switches. Overall a good experience.

Amazing and 3rd floor is such a party vibe. The beach is also amazing and barely any sargasso
