Stayed here for 6 nights this month. Staff is friendly, clean, and 30 minutes from the airport. Only one pool no kids only or adult only pool which is a bit of downfall with kids constantly jumping and splashing. 4 restaurants, 3 you need to make reservations at 11AM each day for the one you desire. Food was good but not great very repetitive even though they change it every day. Italian restaurant was ok, seafood was good. Beach in the back not very big but is a good size with chairs and 2 bars. Just take water shoes lots of rocks before you get it, normal. They cleaned room daily, shower head was not strong but decent. Mini fridge that gets filled every day with water, pop, snacks, and beer. Staff was not rude at all to us, was very kind. Just remember over there they are very big on tips, so maybe that’s why. We would tip $3-$5 USD each meal since the waiters were very attentive, trust me they will recognize your face! There’s a bus stop right by that’s $1USD if you wanted to go explore of the resort or go to the downtown area. It was safe for us we left the resort area to go eat. Overall great experience!

Alexis at the Front desk was so patient and wonderful. After seeing my room I asked for an upgrade to a bigger balcony. The next day Alexis took me up to look at a room which suited me perfectly and I moved there. Thanks Alexis!
