I enjoyed the staff more than anything,they all were very professional,very accommodating they made us feel very welcomed, The grounds you couldn’t see a better picture very clean and artfully done beautiful,easy to move around,never waited long to move around

Beautiful hotel on an amazing property.
Restaurants are varied and excellent, and the Havana Lounge with live music is a highlight.

Way way over priced 3-4 star resort but it is not a 5 star right now.
We visited Nizuc in 2021 and the experience then was optimum but now in 2024 it is totally dissapointing....from check in to worn out matresses, no hot shower water...unswimable algee filled beach, over priced average cheap all you can eat buffet low quality food etc.
The quality of the food is really way down and there is a coky attitude in the whole establishment
The only areas that are good is the personnel and cleaniness of the property.
if you are an Expedia platinum VIP it doesnt mean anything there ...
Better choices are Zillara, Aqua, Secrets, etc
