I have already started telling friends and family who are considering going to Cancun to come to The Moon Palace.
My husband and I were a little nervous because we had a not great experience at a different all inclusive in the DR. The Moon Palace and all of the staff exceeded our expectations, they were so friendly and accommodating. I have pretty significant food allergies and they were incredibly attentive about it and made sure to accommodate me and make sure I knew what was and wasn’t okay to have.
I cannot express enough how incredible the staff was. They all always had smiles on their faces, and made sure we were taken care of. We tried every restaurant and the food was phenomenal, definitely recommend the Brazilian restaurant. The meat was divine.
We can’t wait to go back.

I enjoyed the property and views. It was quiet when I needed that and had a lot of services to make the stay enjoyable.
I did not have a good understanding of all of the services available for a few days but I learned that I needed to search the web site myself to ask the important questions.

Loved our visit. We had a large group of 5 families who booked separately but the resort was able to accommodate us getting rooms close by, and helping us with booking reservations to the various restaurants and trying to seat us close together! The staff were incredibly helpful and very attentive. The room service was excellent and very convenient. I would especially recommend this resort for their excellent service.

Spent a week with friends and kids. Really family friendly but would be very enjoyable without kids also. We stayed at Nizuc. Beautiful property and just soooo many options for food and drink. The app is also incredibly convenient for things you need and room service. Staff are wonderful. Absolutely no mosquitos or bugs at night, which was amazing!! And very clean!
If you’re between Sunrise and Nizuc - Sunrise is slightly better but definitely was busier.
The downsides:
The beach is pretty disappointing - the sand is white but the water is almost a muddy color. But with pools this fun, it wasn’t as big a deal for us.
The only reason I’m giving less than 5 stars is for the constant harassing by salespeople. They are trying to get you to attend the timeshare presentation at every turn and even after checkout, they’re still harassing with offers and such. It completely cheapens the experience.

The property was beautiful with well trained staff! Made all accommodations simple, including airport transport. Golf course was gorgeous! We had a great time

People there were very friendly and the place were very clean and nice ,but some staff could not understand English .

Only thing I wish they played more variety of music during the day at the pool. Walked by sunrise property and like the music they were playing.
