My all time favorite, bus stop is just across the street, beach is hands down the best and it’s nice and relaxing.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The property is very safe, quiet, clean. The rooms are very confortable.

It was a great property to stay at! The staff was amazing & very very friendly and helpful. However, to sit on the big beach beds you need to order minimum 4000$ MX which didn’t make sense to me as I’ve stayed at multiple properties in other countries and this never happened. Also, they should provide free laundry service.
Rest, everything was amazing! Special thanks to Marcus & the intern on the reception (don’t remember this name).

Nice view and amazing stay for family. Will recommend if you are beach lover. Multiple options for good food and soak.

We stayed here for our first visit to Cancun and I would highly recommend. The hotel is right in the centre of Hotel Zome and walking distance to other resorts, shops, clubs etc. the beach is also very beautiful and has no weeds so you will get excellent pictures. My only thing is not all the rooms have balconies so if you don’t mind that then you should be fine. Also the staff are amazing !

InterContinental President Cancun Resorts is an amazing place for families. It is safe, highly trained staff, clean, and friendly people. The room service was very responsive and come daily. Furthermore, they know exactly how to make you happy and satisfied. The beach was clean and the water in the pools is heated. The food also is amazing although it is a little pricy. One thing I hope it change is to make the restrooms in the hotel more private with a separate door. Also, the closet need to be in a separate place in the room away from the restroom. Last, please put Peddie as an option in the bathroom, it will be a great idea. You can add also some aquapark activities for the kids. Thank you so much for each one in this great resort!
