This place is a dump. I stayed here 7 days. From the moment I checked in I regretted booking this stay. I booked on Expedia. If I could have cancelled I would have. When I checked in the clerk said I had to pay an additional $40.00 for their government tax. I already paid taxes through Expedia. I paid it because I was tired and ready to get some rest. The first 4 I had no hot water. The whole place is filthy and run down. The doors hardly shut on the rooms. The elevator was broke down half the time I was there. When they removed the out of order sign from it, I tried to use it. I was stuck in the elevator over 20 minutes. There Is no phone in the elevator to call for help.
The main issue is once you book with Expedia and pay for it, it’s almost impossible to get a refund. Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here.

I like the zone is very accessible to the center of Cancun very quiet & safe I like the fact they provide bottle waters & refills water

As we had gotten there a few hours early for our check in the friendly staff let us park our car so we could walk and get something to eat before checking in. Place was clean enough and in a nice enough location to get to food and other things to do. Wish we had time to go use the pool as it looked nice and refreshing.
