Overall amazing experience for our first time in cancún. Staff is very friendly and food and drinks are very good especially for an all inclusive.

Dont book a swim up room though Expedia, if you have kids under 10 years. Both Expedia and Hilton accepted the booking but just a few days before travel, Hilton changed our room type to something else. The hotel is good but this experience was bad. Even during our stay there was another family in the swim up whose kid was definitely under 5. But the hotel didnt care..We didnt like this place for the inconsistencies in their policies.

If you are an introvert, this would be a good hotel for you and if you are on a low maintenance trip, this would be a good resort for you. If you were coming with children, it will be a good place for you as well. But if you are in your 20s extroverted like to have things to do, don’t wanna be too relaxed when I have kind of options of both and be in the ocean. This is not a resort I would recommend.

Very family friendly resort. Loved all the amenities for kids esp the drop of care for 4yo . It gives parents some time to enjoy themselves too. The kids had an amazing time. The beach area could be better. The drop down from the stairs to sand was too steep. Overall we really enjoyed the facilities. Will love to come back again soon.

We didn’t like the food. Quality wasn’t good especially the restaurant where you have to make reservations.

We lovey it. It was very nice vocation with my Family. Big Thank you to the beach/pool waiter Veronica- she is amazing! And also BIG Thank YOU to the kids Club staff- they are so sweet! Our kids loved this place.

It was beautiful, the only downside was the food and the staff at the buffets. We did have a nice week there anyways

The staff was helpful, friendly and amazing! Food was amazing! The only downside for us was the comfort of the beds and room furniture. I would highly recommend.
