The staff was really great and always willing to help where able, Javier met with us after checking in and gave us a great overview of everything with some recommendations. The pool and beach area was great too, plenty of space to where it never felt too crowded. The food wasn’t bad but for the buffets you’ll want to try to grab the fresher items, thankfully there was always a few chefs around making fresh items (omelette chef, taco chef, tostada chef, smoothie chef, etc.) so I would recommend taking advantage of those to get the best meals. Leaving the hotel property to walk around and shop and eat is definitely a possibility too, but it could be overwhelming for some who might not be comfortable with the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic. Again hotel staff is readily available to help with this, giving recommendations or setting up a taxi or shuttle to take you around and make this easier. The MTS service on site at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating when it comes to setting up things to do off site (snorkeling, zip lines, ancient Mayan sites, etc.) and makes that process very smooth and straightforward. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone interested and we can’t wait to come back!

Views from our room were amazing. Easy access to snorkeling was great. The gym is very nice.

Great location on the beach and close to a lot of shopping and clubs and food. I will definitely be visiting again.
