En la recepción nos atendió Natalie y la verdad se portó muy prepotente, tuvimos un problema con nutras reservación y tuvimos que hablar a expedía y ella se portó muy mal no nos quiso ayudar en nada, duramos 2 horas para hacer el check in . El cuarto tenía un olor muy fuerte a pintura y tinier, creo que estaban remodelando una habitación de arriba. La comida del buffet estaba más o menos pero no tienen mucha variedad es casi puras verduras cosidas . En la alberca tiene la misma comida todos los días hoy dogs y hamburguesas no le cambian. El
Restaurante a la carta mexicano está horrible la comida solo me gustó la crema de chile poblano . La verdad recomiendo que vallan a otro lugar y paguen más por que aquí no vale la pena

Do not book the outside tours not recommended.
Just stay in the hotel.
Toilet clogged.
Phone not working.
Theater too hot.
Not the best vacation we ever had.

24/7 food and drinks there was always something to eat, not a quality food but plenty.
Awesome staff everyone was on point and worked hard to make sure we have everything we need.
Great resort facilities that provide activities for everyone and every age.

I liked the friendly and respecfull staff in the hotel, they always had a smile. What i did not like was that it was very dificult to get a reservation on the hotels restaurants and also that some of the equipment in the gym was not working properly, but ovearall it was a great experience.
