Don't judge a book by it's cover. The Krystal looks amazing, location is great, but once you get into it the story line changes.
The rooms are extremely transparent in noise, and you hear everything from the room next door.
There are a couple stand out people there which is the bartender at the Altitude for he should be the one training all the other employees for they could care less about you unless you want to buy a service.
Theu are like pirrahnans saying that they will beat the other persons rates that work there.
The food is very sub par with bad service.
The new Manager whom did an exit interview was very nice and sympathetic Janer Vasquez, but asking you about your stay after you leave is a little late to the party.
There was no offer of consideration or towards maybe a future stay with hopes they do better to get us back.
Beware of the story line.

I had the corner ocean view on the top floor (14th floor), the room and view were AMAZING! The staff at the Altidude Krystal, were definitely on point. The only issue we had, was the room was SOOO hot, (coming from a Dallas Texas resident) and they did try to fix the issue, but it never got cooler. Other than that, everything was amazing!!!

The people make the property! Janer was our main point of contact, he made sure I made the best use of my time and helped me stay on track so I could attend each of my reservations, including one day with the Bali Bed beachside. For the restaurants, reservation was required and this ensures that we got full attention of some excellent waiters at the Grill and Risotto, and Alejo at the Bar and Grill, and Jose Luis at the A La Carte. These waiters knew what I wanted without even asking me and it was the perfect point on the beach as the rock wall kept the rough waves and sea weed and you could always float down for more wave action, I recommend bringing your own floatie although they had some for sale and the drinks may be a little soft, just so you know. I felt safe and the ice cream was awesome at the Starbucks cafe.

Krystal Grand Altitude is in a perfect location for walking to all the popular bars and clubs. The staff was extremely wonderful and the drinks were good

Staff and service is incredible. Shoutout to Carlos and the Bartender at the Altitude building. And all of the cleaning ladies do a above and beyond.
The guy selling coco bongo tickets at the hotel is a bit hostile, got upset we didnt buy tickets from him the night we went and continued to be upset the rest of our stay there. He could have even pushed the beach party tickets to us but he decided to just be upset about it. Would stay away from him and just get tickets when you get there. Aside from that everyone was amazing.

Quiet, clean, small resort with the BEST beach and views from the Altitude tower. Quick walk to shops and restaurants.

The beach at this resort is second to none. If you've been there, you know! The service is as equally impressive as the beach. Eduardo and Ivette are the best! The dining options are limited, but the restaurants have good variety and the food quality is great.
The resort has a pretty low key vibe. If you are looking for a nonstop party, this isn't your place. It is walking distance from downtown Cancun. Coco Bongo and Senior Frogs are less than 5 minutes away.
Ultimately, Altitude at Krystal's is a place we will go back to time and time again.
