Really enjoyed the hotel however the carpet and furnishings had some sort of white powder over them. Everything else was goo and staff were friendly

Space and new property. Comfortable and clean. next to the station.

Convenient location so would stay again: Pros; Comfortable lounge and bar area, new hotel so rooms nicely appointed with safe & fridge. Quiet so good night's sleep. Cons; no one told us you need to use your key card to work the lift! Free wifi really poor which was frustrating for this type of hotel; no instructions as to how you work the air con or tv so we gave up, breakfast charge was £18! so we ate elsewhere. Shower had some mould.

Beautiful hotel, clean and quiet considering it’s next to a train station. Food was superb, dinner was delicious despite the price and plenty of choice for breakfast. The only criticism I have would be the staff who were very polite and professional when spoken to however could have been more attentive. Had to ask for the bill 3 times after dinner and on check in at reception no information was given about hotel facilities, check out time, breakfast times etc. Great location can get train into Cambridge or drive from the hotel however parking is expensive in Cambridge and at the hotel (depending on your duration) so would have been nice to have free parking given the price paid for the room. Overall though very pleasant and comfortable stay.

I am a big fan of this hotel and have been twice now and have already book another stay. It is great for young families. The only downside is the fact the pool does get incredibly busy very quickly. A booking system might be better on the days the hotel is busy. I did encounter some issues during my stay but the team worked to rectify this and were incredibly polite and understanding.
