Run down, no visible efforts of improvement, photos on web site not truly reflective of actual conditions, red flags when we turned in to see garbage hugely overflowing the pick up bins on their property, arrived at 4pm for our confirmed 3pm booking for an upgraded standard 1 king, given room # only to find it not even started to be cleaned with piles of beer cans and dirty towels greeting us at the door, back to the desk with an unbelieving receptionist then confirmed and given a different room with 2 beds!, room next to a smoking unit, hall ways filthy as cleaners hadn't got to it yet, chair had chewed rubber off arm rest, fridge smelt of old food, onside of fridge water marks and smudges, microwave on button dirty, black mold on tub tiles, hairdryer didn't work, front desk said to speak to manager next day, no manager next day, cancelled our second night booking. Will never go back again. They don't care about maintaining standards just getting the $$

I had cancelled my reservation in writing 2 days before I was to arrive, which is was 1 day more than required, and they still charged me for the first day. I have raised this with the Booking agent, Expedia, who have not been able to get this charge canceled.. Travelodge has no moral value, integrity, or concern for the customer. I will never stop telling everyone far and wide what a terrible company this is, and to never do business with them.

Very slow checkin ,hotel is very old, no elevator, no landscaping, lack of effort, my room has years of dust on top surfaces, staff must be short. I will not be back , for an extra 20. Dollars i could have stayed somewhere else. Im surprised travel lodge still puts there name out front
