Good location with easy access to major attractions around lake Louis area. The room is super clean and one bedroom with loft is a good option

Nice, clean, beautiful suites, close to the Bow River and park behind..Helpful and very nice concierge
Dislike the continuous construction around the areas & very over priced breakfast at hotel restaurant
Will give it 10/10

The property was good. Needs a few upgrades but otherwise good. The staff was absolutely amazing! We stayed on the club floor and I cannot say enough good things about the club room and staff. The cleaning staff was awesome as well. The pool was not clean one day so we let the staff know and it was cleaned immediately. The gym was adequate for us. The surrounding area was also lovely with the restaurants and park near by. We will definitely be back.
