The bathroom ceiling leaked, The light over the mirror was falling down.
I also do not appreciate having to pay for parking when i am staying there 4 days.
I actually am a Best Western loyalty member.
Not impressed.

Very walkable area, secure parking, quiet room. Slightly outdated furniture, but nothing horrible or run-down. Would stay again.

We had a 2-bedroom suite and we totally were in love with the mattresses. Super comfortable. We appreciate having a kitchenette and a dining table. The pipe from the common bathroom did sound a bit loud though such that it woke us up when a family member used the toilet in early morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable but it was too high to for me to easily get in it. (I'm a 5'4" senior with short legs). Noticed the window curtains were worn and had holes in it and that the carpet beside the bed needed cleaning/washing. Otherwise decent room for the cost. Only 5-10 minutes drive to downtown which was great. They also have a free hot breakfast available (eg: omelets, sausage, etc). I'd stay there again.

A very average hotel in a very convenient location. The room is clean enough, quiet enough, and has everything you need. Be prepared to wake up with the sun as the blinds are installed in a way that a TON of light gets through them.
Lots of little things wrong that shows a lack of maintenance, ie. the shower head leaks onto the bathroom floor, the iron was leaky, the carpet is peeling everywhere, etc. This is applicable both to the room and the property as the whole place is pretty rundown. All of this is fairly cosmetic, but keep your expectations low on what you're getting here as it's not going to look or feel nice.
If you need a cheap-ish place to stay downtown this is a decent option, but would suggest spending up a bit as the other hotels in the area are much nicer than this one.
Be aware that parking is $21 a day as well, and if you're bringing a vehicle over 6ft it's going to be parked outside in a fairly sketchy neighborhood.

The property is undergoing major renovations, 8 floors have been completed so far . Your room does not have peeling carpet. It is tacked down with smooth edge. Our parking fees are posted on expedia website. As with most downtown properties, parking is not complimentary. Underground parking as per signage posted is 6 foot 2 inches high. SUV,cars and some trucks can park in the underground.Thank you for your feedback.

Stayes for a business meeting given the location. Room smelt like cigarette, quite old I expected a bit more from the Best Western.
