Our stay at Crystal Brook Flynn Hotel was less than ideal due to a small pool and limited variety in the breakfast buffet. We also encountered a cockroach in our room, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in cleanliness and amenities.

Everything was very good except for guest parking. Could not get a spot when I checked in. Parked on the street and Monday on morning was late to pay for the street parking. Go a ticket.

Meeting place for tours, many kinds of dining options nearby, Night Markets close b, and easy access to other activities and transportation. Loved the showerheads and especially the water and Ferris wheel view!!

Most I liked is courteous staff and always there to help and helped with smile on their face. My luggage was already there in our room before even we reached to room.
Room was nicely decorated with welcome message and welcome gift too.
