Beautiful place, I definitely will go back, beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, food is great, definitely a ten....

booked a romantic get away with a pool ,free breakfast , bar and restaurant brought some champagne with us ..So book in sir the restaurant is closed but your cold breakfast of fish and rice will be served , ok go to the green slimmy pool sorry no chlorine to clean and last do not flush the toliet paper as it will cause bad smell is posted on the bathroom wall .. and as we were going to bring in some beer that they could not supply or drinks or wine they said there would be a corkage fee . talk about taking the romance out of a romantic get away ..DO NOT STAY THERE

Best day Mr. John. Thank you for providing us with this feedback. It will be useful for us to grow and conceptualize everything especially the operation. With regards on your feedback, we're very sorry about the operation to our partnered restaurant, the changes of their operation just only start last 1st of January. Second, for the pool operation, we have challenges on the procurement of the chlorine from our suppliers outside of the country. But we're looking for a remedies which seems like may help for the operation but it doesn't mean it was dirty, no, only the color of the water has change due to the source of it and can't be medicated with the chlorine we procured as a remedy. Third, toilet paper or any items are not intended to flush on the toilet bowl. We provided trash bins inside the bathroom for that. And if you'll flush it, possible it will stuck. Lastly, we apply regulatory fee for the liquors though we're not selling on it because stargate observing a halal practices.

This hotel had a terrible breakfast & there was no alcohol on site. The staff were good apart from a few who couldn't speak English.

시설이 너무 낡고 허름하다

Pros: 직원들이 친절했다
Cons: 시설 개선에 많은 노력이 필요하다
Location: 길가에 많은 차량으로 인하여 위험하였다
시설이 많이 노후화되어 창문이 잘 안열리고, 바닥이 매우 지저분했으며, 음식은 현편없었다. 수도꼭지는 막혀 있었고, 30년된 아파트 같았다.
