Worst hotel ever! Will never stay here again!! If u are bringing kids with u, this is the worst place to stay at. Theyll make u pay even the slightiest, easiest to remove dirt! Isnt my 2699 enough for that tiny little dirt?! Opportunist people! Paying for 5k.deposit? Come on!! Worst ever!!! They dont even provide blankets!!!

Good day Ms. Fatima! Thank you for staying with us. We extend our sincerest apology for the inconvenience you had when you stayed here. We would like to addressed your concerns about: 1st. Bringing kids with you is not a problem but it was stated in our website the maximum occupancy of our rooms and you exceed more than that not including the children. And since, you only booked 3 1Bedroom type for 10 adults not counting children, we had to have you add another 2 rooms because we strictly implement the policy of 2adults and a child in 1bedroom. 2nd. We made you pay for the linen stain. Know that the 2699 is a room accommodation charge and not including damages made. We had also posted our policy at the back of the door inside the room to every unit, occupied or not. It was clearly stated there that "YOU ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR GUEST". 3rd. 5000 deposit. The 5000 is a security deposit and had been refunded to you when you checked out. We would like to reiterate, it was stated in our website policy, that upon check in you will have to pay Cash deposit- 2,000 and Breakage deposit-2,000.00. We should have collected more than 5k deposit because you booked 3 rooms and 2 additional. 4th. We don't provide blanket. Before you checked in, we made sure that the reserved unit for you has already been cleaned and complete with aminities and bed set up. Also, we didn't received any complained from anyone of your group the night we gave the keys of the units to you that we have not provided any blankets. We should have taken action on this immediately. And before you checked out, we had our housekeeping staff check the room as it was on our policy, none of them reported that a blanket is missing. In addition, Our standard check out is 12noon regardless of the time checked in, we allowed you to checked out at 2pm without any charges. We truly appreciate your review.

Great stay

Very enjoyable and welcoming stay!! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit CDO. Location was excellent too, being right next to a SM and many restaurants! Staff and guards very friendly

We arrived late because our flight was delayed. The security officer called the on site manager and we were able to check in after hours I don't know if other hitels do this, because they all say no check in after midnight.

Good location poor fittinhs

We had a family function and relatives from pampanga the booking stayed 2 rooms with double beds and found out couch There was just a standard couch The couch was far more comfortable than the bed as it was very worn and the support slats fell out when you moved The shower hose was cracked and had to be repaired

great condotel in CDO

Good value for money. great location, takes only 3 minutes walk to the SM mall. staff are friendly and efficient. useable kitchen with all amenities needed (ref, microwave, rice cooker, pots, plates, glasses, flatware. Wifi was good.

Not worth it. Do not stay here.

Please do not stay in this accommodation. This is definitely not a serviced residence. The service and rooms are terrible. The first room we encountered was so small and suffocating. The aircon temp is fixed to 32 deg. So we requested to be moved to another room. This time the aircon was fine but the blanket is so thin, literally a bed sheet. The bathroom toilets and drains overflow. The pantry sink is very dirty. The fridge doesn't seem to be working too. It was certainly a stressful stay. However, location is not bad, nearby is an SM mall and a lot of places to eat.

nice location since we wanted to visit SM Carmen. convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shop, massage parlor are just nearby the hotel.
