Our stay at the Westin was great all around! Only complaint we would have is the temperature of the pool. It was really hot water...I would rate it at the temp of a hot tube, so there was no relief from the heat. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Food was good and it was easy to make rsvp's for the restaurant's via the app. There were excursions offered thru swiss travel at the hotel and also Erik Garcia right outside the resorts had great options. All around a great time and felt very safe!

The property was beautiful and very clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. It was really a tropical paradise! The food was very good. The shuttle service was great for a large property. Beautiful resort! The family unit was excellent. Very spacious. Tree lined walkways were quiet. The pool was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Drinks have bad taste and watered down for All inclusive property. Food quality ok, not many options available. Huge property so unless u walk, long wait times for carts. Overpriced and not worth the price.

Excellent hospitality. Property was clean and staff was amazing. The entertainment was top notch. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Stayed 4 nights .. staff was very good , food was good , what I didn’t like was 1: pool : not clean at all !! Too many bird droppings.. the pool is surrounded by many trees , bird keep popping into it constantly, pool water was very warm … staff cleans the pool by scrubbing the dirt around the edges and washing it into the pool itself … 2 :heat , many of the restaurants have no AC , open air … it was very hot inside the main restaurant. 3 Bugs and mosquitoes were all over … 4: Beach , not nice at all , the sand is very rough , water become deep within a few feet’s … 5 : solicitation: the moment you step out of the property, you have all kind of people trying to sell you something.
6: transportation within the property, they can use more shuttles.
Myself and my family have rashes , don’t know from what , was it the pool ? Mosquitos or heat ? Or maybe all of the above
However , I do admit that the staff were super good and made their best .

club is wonderful and all
others in our group had wonderful Butlers. my butler was none existent. He did nothing. i never saw him.

Beautiful vacation spot. Fun! Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Nice rooms. Concierge very helpful (24hrs). Room service any time of day or night. Snacks in room. Water bottles in room. My husband and I both got sick (food/water). They will say the water is filtered, but somehow we still got sick.
