We had such a wonderful time here. The food was great, views were amazing, and the staff was excellent. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rui Palace. The rooms were super clean, and spacious very convenient access with all of the amenities! Loved the different towel designs left daily from a doll, turtle, dog, bunny etc… my daughter always looked forward to walking into the room. Not crazy about charging for a lost key, and careful not to loose 3 towel keys and front desk is not real friendly. However I want to highlight Hector from the buffet area was absolutely Outstanding!!! We were well taken care of, he made every dinner experience flawless went the extra mile to make my Birthday super special, such professionalism and commitment to see that our needs were met, treated us like royalty! In-fact we tried to have dinner at the stakehouse and always packed and never got in, but we didn’t mind eating at the buffet we knew Hector would take care of us. Also big shout out to Ricardo from Events and entertaining was also amazing listened to us attentively and had the front desk deliver a yummy slice of cake for my birthday! Overall loved the resort, food, drinks and entertainment. I do recommend extending your shows to 2 hrs. Some ended at 10pm way to early, then played soft music until 11pm. We roamed around finding some night life after 10pm at the hotel to refrain from going to bed so early. Going to Rui Santa Fe was not a good option for us. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the entire resort, no bugs were spotted, other than a few flies which are normal. We’ll be back!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere! The rooms are clean and well kept.

While we had a good time on vacation there were some communication issues with the staff. The pools are in need of repair (missing tiles and broken lights) but are functional and mostly clean. When we researched and booked this resort, we read that if you book this resort, you would have full access to the other two RIU resorts next door. That is not the case. While you do have access to the pools, the water park, the RIU party, and lunch buffet options at Riu Santa Fe, you can not eat dinner there at all. No access to RIU Baja California at all.
