Excellent hotel to relax and enjoy a comfortable room with excellent views. The variety swimming pools, activities, restaurants and quality of foods makes this hotel a perfect pick in Cabo San Lucas.

Alcohol was watered down as I got vodka not tequila. Food was mediocre at best! It was satisfactory on the cleaning but still could use help! Service was horrible and slow!!

Loved absolutely everything besides the ac not working in our room and it was extremely hot at night

Food , service, accommodation and hospitality was great just using the other hotel’s facilities we should pay for pool and jacuzzi In general I recommend to my friends to go there

First off, I had called from airport letting them know I was on the way for some reason Expedia sent me a message saying to call for check in instructions but turns out I didn't have to. I have on Expedia that says I can ask for room upgrade so I asked for it and he notated it. I get there I ask him for it again and it's like I never said anything they just ignore if you're not going to pay extra. We got there a little so the front desk mentioned we could go look around and check in later or we would have to check out at 10 am the day of check out. We opted for late so went to wonder off and we had no idea about the golf carts as transportation and started walking everywhere we were so tired. Ended at a place were there is a bar with red umbrellas and seating area and ate. The lady who helped us was so attentive then we were going to leave and they gave us the check and we had to sign it. That was weird it was my first time at all inclusive where we sign after each place you eat at. This was new to me. I've been to lots of all inclusive. We checked in finally and went about our business they did explain the different places to eat and we made our reservations for each day. The expiation was way too fast but we went about our day. I will tell you that at each restaurant every time they would take so long for the food even drinks so my husband would ask for another drink as soon as he would drop some off. The check was given at the hour even if you would stay there for hours.

Very nice hotel. The architecture is amazing. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. The views are spectacular.

This was the cleanest resort I have ever stayed in. The staff were kind and available throughout my entire stay. I truly felt like royalty. My one piece of feedback is that everything closes quiet early - Such as pool, pool and bar service and restaurants. Definitely would have planned differently knowing the hours for everything. Overall, will be coming back next year.
