We loved staying here! We had only expected one balcony so the second was an added treat! Jay at the front desk was super friendly and the location couldn’t be beat, as we were able to walk to the beaches, dining and restaurants. The only negative was it’s above an Asian restaurant so when we checked in the smell of their cooking poured into the common area which wasn’t great. But it’s not all day so that’s a plus. We’d definitely stay there again!

We got a one bedroom for our stay. It was very spacious and well equipped. Despite being very close to the heart of the shopping and dining area, our room was very quiet. Con: the shower leaked and the water would flood the entire bathroom instead of being directly drained; we stayed for 4 nights and had no room service or towel change for the entire time.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the room is badly designed. There is no adequate area for making coffee etc. It is on a shelf in a cupboard and there is no plug there for the kettle. It has to be boiled on the floor.

Close to most things, we were going to the Blues Festival for 1 night, it was walking distance to the bus next to Aldi. The only thing was a suggestion to include that you don't offer breakfast in your information folder. There is some options close by which were awesome and to include information about if you leave before they open the office where to leave the tags...I put it under the office door inside.

Very attentive and thoughtful staff! Super convenient location, rooms are quiet but everything is perfectly walkable. Restaurants all around. AC in the rooms is so nice after a day at the beach.

We were advised the lift was out of order before arriving however little to no help was offered to assist with our bags. The complex itself is very different to the photos online. It’s also extremely noisy - not so much from street noise but other guests. Any noise made in communal areas can clearly be heard from the rooms (we had a group of drunken women the night we stayed and I could clearly hear word for word what they were saying at 3am in the morning). I was also randomly charged $5 after we checked out but received no invoice. Nothing was used in the mini bar. The location is very central
