The room was not clean - lots of mysterious stains on the cushions and furniture. The floors hadn’t been hoovered properly and we were missing some of the essentials, which we had to call down for.

Convenient city centre hotel close to everything you need for a few days in Bristol. Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and close to all the lovely coffee shops Bristol has to offer. The shopping centre is a short walk away and lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel breakfast is lovely, with a reasonable variety of options.

Absolutely spotless hotel and great staff .
Disappointed with breakfast but the room service food Pizza was delicious

The property has no elevator to certain rooms and they never tell you this while checking in. There is no bell service either, so good luck carrying heavy bags to you room via the staircase.
