We had a hostile and unfriendly reception at check in which was quite unexpected and unwarrnated, it put a real dampener on our stay at the facility.

Heating system was terrible

The reverse cycle air conditioner works perfectly. The settings are clear enough for most people.You had it set for cold not heating. We came and adjusted it for you but you again fiddled with the settings and turned it down to cooling. We tried to help but to no avail

Super spacious room. Really convenient location. Only downside was the hot water for the shower was not hot enough (did not have the cold tap on at all) otherwise a really pleasant place to stay.
