Have been coming here for some years now- position is great but room need some attention. Bowl cracked, one wine glass, pillows definitely need an upgrade. Host was helpful when asked, but outdoor area not ready for visitors- chairs, tables needed a wipe down.

Kettle was dirty and should have been replaced prior to visit. Rooms not light proof.

Tucked away in quiet Wood Street, this hotel is an easy walk to all of Bright’s main attractions such as the shops, restaurants, Howitt Park and the river. Good value for money - it’s a bit dated but is clean and has spacious rooms.
