My stay here was not good at all. First they had no record of my reservation. Instead of a 2 beds we got I king size. This was ok except the cover was for a full bed and had holes in it. No towels were in room. The TV would not allow you to change channels without doing something e extra to remote.

There was so much wrong with this hotel, I will try and list most. Broken toilet seat, TV and internet didn't work, room didn't have anything to hang cloths, security door latch was broken, no outside lights except front of hotel. The lobby was atrocious and uninviting, I would not eat there. They charged me for the room although paid by Expedia but they did credit me back. Some lamps didn't work and some shades were ripped. Room came with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 floor mat, 0 hand towel and the towels were visibly dirty. One waste basket near the door, not one in the bathroom or by the sink. There were numerous stains on the walls and refrigerator. I wasn't going to stay there a second night that I had booked. I'm trying to get refund for second night. Expedia and I tried to reach the hotel but VM was full and they didn't answer.

Very quiet and clean . Very comfortable and the staff was very cheerful. Helped me secure a stay with no problem. Very polite and friendly!!

When I got to the hotel the staff informed me that they didn’t have my reservation and informed me that they couldn’t do anything to help me out. They directed me to go to a sister hotel that was 30 minutes away. Do not book
