on numerous occasions I inquired about stairs at the property and was reassured there were no stairs and upon arrival, there were stairs with no hand rail and one sister nearly fell on the stairs more than once. there were numerous conditions inside the facility that I would not stay here again. Very disappointed

The room layout and location were nice. I did not enjoy the thin walls between rooms. We unfortunately were next to people who wanted to start their night at midnight, loudly. Overall I would stay again. Loved the covered enclosed patios.

This hotel is very nice! The staff were friendly and there are lots of things to do for your 13.00 a day fee. It is a little older, but it was clean and very spacious for the price. We liked the screened in porch. Bed was comfy and kitchen was nice and big. Water pressure in the shower was great too! We will go back.

I specifically checked the website prior to booking and confirmed that thenoutdoor pool would be opened. Unfortunately the pool never opened during our stay which was extremely disappointing. We tried to get two of the three tvs in our room to work and were never able to. They would just freeze up so we gave up and never even tried the third. There were ants in the kitchen and we even saw a roach in the bedroom. One night we went to rent a movie, hoping that maybe the DVD from the activity center, hoping that maybe the DVD player would work but it was closed 15 min early unless I misunderstood the close time which I thought was 10 pm. It was a nice stay but definitely not what i thought i was signing up for.
