The hotel was pretty good overall.
The pool area is clean and well maintained. The hot tub jets do not work so it's like sitting in a hot bath.
The rooms are clean and spacious. If you like a very firm bed then you'll love these.
Breakfast was very good. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, the list goes on and on......

When we arrived they only had my reservation for one room, not two even though I had the confirmation email from Expedia showing I reserved two rooms. The place is old and it shows. The pool and hot tub are WHY we booked there and the pool was nice but the Hot Tub was completely torn apart and drained. They never mentioned that when we checked in and were talking about sitting in the hot tub that night :(

I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I have go into our system and I only see one reservation. Once again I am sorry that we did not have a second reservation. Our hot tub and sauna are in the process of being renovated. The whole hotel will be going through a major renovation from top to bottom. We will be doing some throughout the season and then a major part will be done come January 2025. I hope that you will come back and see all the improvements that will be happening.

Check- in supposed to be 4, but the room not ready till 6

I want to apologize for the late check in time. We had both washer out of service as brand new ones were being installed. I know it was not the right time to be doing so, but in this business no time is the right time. I do hope that you enjoyed your stay and will stay with us again.
