The security gates were broken. Bourke is a very rough town and for that basic security to not be working it didn't make use feel that our cars would not be stolen/broken into. We ended up getting changed in the accommodation to go to a funeral and then slept in our cars out of town as it was the safer option. All locals that we spoke to at the funeral said it wasn't a matter of if you get broken into, they said we WOULD get broken into.

The staff in charge were exceptionally helpful n polite and made my stay as comfortable as it could be. The room was very nice, big and was equipped with everything I needed.

The hotel is 5 minute walk from the central park, across a petrol station and a supermarket where I got all nice food and items I needed. The room was in poor condition in terms of cleanliness. Dust and lots of dead insects were on the table. Dust were also found inside the fridge. The floor was not vacuumed. Some dried food were seen on bowls, mugs and cutleries. I saw a bug on the flat sheet! If the room was cleaner, I would probably stay longer to explore the town.

Room was clean, bed linen was clean. Only down thing i would say there was no coffee or tea. So really absolutely nothing to complain about

Partner Informed Management Regarding Bed Bugs In The First Room. Management Moved Us To Another Room To Which Also Contained Bed Bugs On The Fold Out Lounge (My Daughter Got Attacked By Them) When Confronted My Partner Was Then Told BY Management That We Brought Them To The Motel. Will Never Stay At This Place Again Never Got Refunded
