it was near where i needed to be, but the air-conditioning unit was pitiful. good thing the windows would open and it was cool at night. still did not sleep well.

Love the location and the decor. Needs some general maintenance…plumbing and door handles.

Room size is good enough for the 3 of us, quite comfortable. Downside is, for the five days we stayed in the property, not a single day they clean the room despite of my requests (Not once but several times!). They all fell in deaf ears. The bedsheets are filthy after five days caused us to itch. One receptionist is indifferent; whilst the other guy is quite friendly, and provided us with fresh towels when we requested. Another staff is so bossy. Should I consider this hotel in our next stay- definitely NOT.

Two out of the three outlets in the bedroom are not working and we had to rely on only available one. The fridge is not working either. If you function like a hotel, can you make sure the basics are working? It was the most terrible stay I ever had! Crazy! How can you charge people $100 for this kind of facility?

We would have been very happy to fix the problem right away, if we had been notified about the electricity problem in the specific room. It was due to a blown fuse and fixed as soon as we were notified by the housekeepers. We look forward to see you here again so we can make your stay better.

Entertainment at the bar was great!! Loved the lake but the grass out back was swampy and the could use some updated outside furniture
