Food service are poorly operated Cost vs quality. One restaurant had a $10 cover charge to get in on a Thursday night!

Stayed for 2 nights for a girls shopping weekend. Location of the hotel is excellent- close to Wrentham Premium outlets and many Marshall's and TJMax stores.

Good location however very loud due to late night music at nearby clubs. fine if that’s what you’re coming for but if you’re looking for a quiet night in a non event night at the stadium, this isn’t it.

The cable was going in and out. We literally got the hotel room to hang out and watch tv away from the kids for a day. When I called the front desk they were kind but said that happens. I asked if there was a back up like an hdmi cable. They could not provide one. So this is a known problem that they have no back up plan and no assistance. We went out and bought a 35 dollar item at cvs to be able to use on the tv. It would be nice to be refunded that. I’ve never been at a hotel where that just happens.

Overall great quick stay. They underestimated the amount of people so parking was a nightmare!
