There was no information in the room re: available amenities, nearby restaurants, local maps, etc. no phone book available.

There was no soap in the bathroom when I arrived, but that was resolved within 10 minutes. While the pillow cases were clean, 2 of the 3 pillows were stained (looked like sweat), so that was unpleasant.

The stain was missed, and that shouldn't have happened. I threw out the pillows in your room so that this does not happen again. Nice older property but well-maintained. Kept very clean. Great location close to freeways, restaurants, shopping but far enough away to be quiet. Large room with very comfortable beds. Gave it only 4 stars because even though I asked for daily housekeeping, they only came once over a 4-day period and only to clean the bathroom - didn’t make the beds or throw out trash. When we didn’t have towels, had to call twice after waiting an hour or so.

Good price point… Fair room… TERRIBLE shower, no pressure at all and luke warm water. Near Mall and plenty of restaurants and easy access to the highway.
