There were no signs on the walls to let you know which way to go to get to your room. We sat on the edge of the bed and the bed almost flipped up and over.

Checking in at night I appreciated the parking lot being well lit. Check in was easy. Overall my room and lobby were okay at best. Nothing special, a bit run down, but clean. I was missing a remote which the front desk did replace however the tv never worked in the end. Check out in the morning is where the real problems began. When the woman at the desk said i had not payed for my room the night before and than argued with me about it even though i had an emailed receipt and a bank statement proving i had payed. After refusing to pay she did call expedia and got it sorted out. But the things that were said and the way it was handled was not good.

This hotel is just very dirty, especially the floor in the hallway, elevator, and room

Venessa checked us in efficiently and was friendly. Unfortunately our room was quite dirty, drops and smudges on the tables and floor. Our room smelt of weed. Long black hairs in the bed and just a general feeling of uncleanliness in the room. Did not feel safe so ended up only staying one night.
