This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to live like an animal. The only nice thing was that the staff, they tried to accommodate me after I asked for a refund because I was leaving to another hotel. Only then did they give me a somewhat decent room with wi fi after I had already booked something else and refused to give me a refund for the following nights even after all of my complaints. Also the door knob was falling off and the shower knob as well. Would NEVER stay here again.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. However, please bear in mind that we are only a budgeted accommodation. The “bucket with water” is standard for budgeted accommodations in the Philippines. As a last-minute booking, we were unable to prepare a room closer to the reception ahead of your arrival, as we weren’t aware that you needed stronger internet connection until after you’d already checked in and decided to leave early.If there were problems regarding water or the door, we could have assigned a member of staff to fix this for you. To our knowledge, none of our staff were told about this even after your departure.Regarding the refund, because you didn’t book with us directly, we are not the ones who can give you the refund (we don’t receive any payment upon your arrival; we have to send an invoice to our third-party partner after your check-out date). We recommend that you take this matter up with the agency that you made the booking with, so that they can make the arrangements. If they do reach out to us about the matter, we will inform them that you only stayed for two days.Thank you, and God bless.

Little bit dirty , unsafe , no water for toilet bowls to flush , the brush use to clean the toilet smells bad if you brush it to the bowl , it will smell bad , their is no luck in the window .

Shower didnt work in my single bed room. Was left with a bucket and scoop. Wifi was only available in the reception area.
