Great hotel, the room was excellent and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat - you can walk to shops, restaurants, and the greenbelt.

The customer service is world class but has small town sensibility.
This was my second time here and looking forward to my 3rd. They really know how to make you feel special at The Grove Hotel. ;)

The parking garage was terribly cramped. It was difficult to manuever into spots even with a small car. I think they should just do valet. Too stressful.

Nice hotel, great location, and was attached the venue we were going to which made for a convenient event experience as well. Checkin and checkout were great.

More like a 3 star property and would not recommend for the price. Housekeeping is not included, requires you to ask for it and they are not thorough (body wash was missing the entire stay). Room service was slow and missed part of the order. Valet tool 30 minutes. Toilet was broken.
Restaurant on the lobby level was good.
