Very nice property! The hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, the restaurant, even the the taxi drivers outside were superb! The bedding is amazing one of the best, we've stayed in, and wee travel a lot for work and recreation. Great hotel!

Great property really close to the airport. Clean, staff very friendly, shuttle service to airport (6min) good food.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the front desk and then when I asked to speak to the manager I got the good old "he is in a meeting and unavailble" story from the lady supervisor. The hotel would not rectify a biloling issue and refund me $10. It was incredible! I will never stay at a hotel where the Manager will not give me 5 minutes to chat in person. That is unbelieveable to me. I guess I now know why the service was so bad. A good leader mentors team members and talks to his/her guests. Very unprofessional.

There were bed bugs or something similar woke up with insect bites and some sort
