The customer service from EVERY staff member we encountered was excellent… Friendly, accommodating, and pleasant.

They were SUPER adamant that you have zero food or drink at the pool. I was watching my kids and saw them give an old guy a hard time for having a water bottle with him.

Every staff member I met, from the front desk to breakfast staff, was lovely. Friendly, helpful, positive, responsive. Exceptional.

We checked in late. The hotel was accomodating with no issue. Entering the property from the backside is a little off-putting but as you turn to the front of the hotel, it looks much more inviting!
