Got Woke up with Construction pounding at our Window, wish I would of got another Room or Went somewhere else. Disappointed!

We received a nice upgrade on the room we booked because the computer system was down. Beautiful room!

My welcome message said there would be an assistant to help us check in at the kiosk. Upon arrival and departure the desk was complete abandoned. Our room had visible dirt on the floor and our window was covered in plastic did to construction. We weren’t notified of any construction upon reserving the room or anytime leading up to us arriving. Very disappointed.

So impersonable, didn't like not having a front desk clerk. Got to our room and it looked like they were in the process of working on it. Had to move to a different room. Weren't allowed to check in to our room early unless we paid more. I think that is quite crappy!

Put us in the wrong room with a leaking toilet. Moved floors. Front desk was rude on the second day. No microwave in room. House keeping never came in on second day. Had to go get more coffee. Windows was covered with plastic. Elevated broke and door to our level was locked to get out side.

The hotel should get some kind of phone app for check in. The kiosk is ok, but a 10 dollar penalty for early check in is ridiculous. Even if its one minute.the hotel is hard to navigate once insde.
