My second stay and all was as it should be.

At check in they tried to charge me for the stay even though I had already paid through you. It took them a while to get it straightened out.

Room was dirty. Comfort of the room wasn't any different than other non boutique hotels. Other than the location, which was very good, I could have had the same experience at the Hampton Inn.
