Room was not clean. Dog food was on floor. No towels at all and none available. When asked to change rooms, we were told there would be an additional charge bc of it having 2 beds. A refund was requested and was told because it was more than 15 minutes that it was not possible.

They didn't offer complimentary breakfast but over all the stay was excellent and the room was real clean

The roof was dirty. There were no towels in the roof and guest services could not provide them since there were none available. Maintenance showed up at 9:00am knocking on door to replace A/C and housekeeping knocked several times even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. I would not stay here again.

Overall my stay was fine besides no toiletries, leaking toilet.
