Great location with easy access to highways. Hi toe has been remodeled and conditions were excellent. But there was no hot water in the shower.

Right in the middle of construction. You should state this on your website . My room was “Remodeled” but ya forget many items like a working tv -internet should work … construction dust shouldn’t be present
Below average stay but of course full price and no response when I mentioned the above problems

My friend and I came in town for the Katt Williams concert. The room we go was supposedly a ‘renovated’ room. No way! There was no hot water in the hotel, the phone didn’t work, full trash cans all over the property. Not a really great representation of this brand at all. Oh gosh, the elevators are ‘Final Destination’ scary. Will say this, the young girl that worked the night of Feb 24-she mentioned she gets off at 11pm, she was really great. She was always professional with a sense of urgency when we complained about the hot water issue.
