Nice hotel quiet rooms. Lifts were an issue waiting for lifts and getting a drink at the hotel after the event we were at was a disaster, one person serving queue 20 deep waited 11-30 to midnight with no nearer getting to the bar and gave up. Breakfast time was very very busy. We went to breakfast at 9am. So maybe we went at the wrong time. Staff were very helpful and a credit to holiday inn express

Great value for money, excellent location and lovely breakfast. Room was slightly hot even with Aircon on but this was a minor issue. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very quiet. A great stay, would book again.

Very easy walk from New st station and an easy walk to Arena
