Property was handy for symphony hall and resturants and cafes. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet area a shirt ride by taxi from New Street Station. Breakfastwas excellent and snacks and main meal good too.

The Hilton Garden Inn is perfectly situated for the Utilita Arena and the hub of all the nightlife. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty with many cooked egg options.
Our only criticisms are that the bed was way too firm for my partner and the lack of alternative makes of chocolate for sale.

Hotel is ok for a night stay if needing to attend something in the area and you can get it for a reasonable price. However, the rooms are extremely dated and in desperate need of a refurb. Air conditioning in room didn’t work.

Hi Timothy, Thank you for your feedback, the hotel is very much due it refurbishment now to which will be happening later this year and at same time we will be looking at the air conditioning however is does work on a temperature of out side it we flow fresh air in to the hotel since COVID so the temperature will only reached 2/3 degrees higher or lower than out side.

We booked this hotel as we where going to the utilita arena, it was only a 7min walk, rooms were adequate with all usual facilities, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel
