The room is really small, you can even walk around the beds!
Staff are really good, Maria from the front desk is amazing and very professional!

I checked in for a night yesterday and omg there was a party all night, I couldn’t sleep. The bed sheets had stains on them. This is unacceptable.

Hany on reception very helpful and welcoming. Everywhere very clean. Good shower.
Pillows too flat and hard, no cup in en suite, no table or shelf on which to place small items.

The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the train station, town hall and theatre. So convenient to the city centre so we could walk everywhere. Rooms are small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Myself daughter & grandaughter stayed for one night and was really pleased with the accommodation for the price clean friendly and comfortable and close to train station shops etc . Would def stay again for short trips

I've never stayed in an easy hotel before it suited my wife and i just somewhere to lay our heads for the night it was clean and tidy ,staff very friendly and a good price for the centre of Birmingham.
