Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all.

were able to check in early. one of our party has coeliacs which qas no problem for the stafff who prepared her a totally separate GF breakfast. The room was super clean and had everything we needed

A visit to Birmingham for a concert. Ideal location. Excellent customer service. Clean and well equipped room. Good breakfast.

We stayed for one night with family and enjoyed the the whole experience, room , breakfast, staff all very good clean and tidy.
Lots to choose breakfast selection didn’t eat in evening or dinner however lots of other guests did.
Greeted by Sid on reception and checked in, Sylvia in charge of breakfast was very good and efficient making sure everything was in place and correct nothing was too much bother.
Would stay again
