Filthy! Tub water does not let out. No trash can. No phone. Horrible smell

The reviews were not even close to what this hotel looked like. It was scary looking, noisy and old. The staff were very nice.

We had to pay for incidentals and it wasn’t mentioned online

Tried to get a refund immediately after checking in was told to wait a minute. Then they said it was to late that we had to do it within 15 minutes. There was trash in the room the bathroom was dirty the chairs had mold all over them did not stay it was absolutely disgusting we left without staying
