The elevator is a nightmare. The customer service is horrible and there needs to be more help at the pool bar.

My family enjoyed the pool amenities, arcade room, and the rides at Paradise Pier.

The only things that they could work on is the elevators. They are ridiculously hard to get on when they are busy
