no valet, have to walk too far to park your own car, kiosk did not work to check in. chelse at the check in desk very nice and helpful, no room service. concert was amazing good organization. no luggage carts to carry your luggage on. room very nice and clean

The ventilation for the smoke need more power or perhaps separation of smoke / non smoking area.

Loved spending the day at the spa and the food choices. Only complaint is beds are a bit hard and the fixtures in bathroom needed work
